We can’t believe it’s July.
We have had an incredibly busy start to 2019 and can’t wait to see what the rest of the year has in store for us. Here is a recap of what we have been up to for 2019, so far.
In May we farewelled our amazing Cathy, who ventured into the wonderful world of retirement, with her two beautiful new grand babies. We miss her terribly already, but know she will always be apart of our work family. Good luck Cath and we look forward to seeing you when you pop in – cheekiness essential!
Bay to Bay
On Sunday the 16th of June we represented CCS Health and our other services at the annual Bay to Bay running festival down at Central Coast Stadium. It was a fantastic day meeting all the athletes competing, with our practitioners on hand to give some helpful information on recovery. Angus and Dennis were offering free spinal checks, while Nicole Murray helped ease the post-run muscles. Bryce, Nicky and Lauren represented us in the race and they all did exceptionally well! We love attending this annual event and connecting with the wonderful Central Coast Community.
Our resident Dietitian, Nicole Saliba of Eat Sense, ran two amazing seminars at Erina Library on Healthy Eating Made Easy and Going Plant-Based. Nicky has a wealth of knowledge and loves having the ability to be able to pass that on and help others. Nicky has a few more seminars coming up this year, check out her Facebook for more information.

Spinal Health Week
In May we celebrated Spinal Health Week in clinic, a week hosted by the Australian Chiropractors Association to raise awareness for spinal health and wellbeing. We had a lunch hosted by Lotte, Dennis and Jo, competitions, all the while opening up discussion about how Chiropractic can get you ready for life. Already can’t wait for next year!
Extended Hours for Dennis
Our amazing Acupuncturist and Chiropractor, Dr. Dennis Jang, has started working four days a week, including a late night Tuesday and Saturdays. He is very busy, and doing some amazing work. Check out the Ear Seeds (C) in action!
