If you wish to speak to a Chiropractor or Remedial Massage Therapist before you book in, just chat to reception, and they will arrange for one to call you.
If you are a new patient and you have x-rays, CT scans, MRI scans, ultrasounds or any other relevant tests, please bring them to your initial consultation.
We accept all the usual payment methods as well as HICAPS. If you are a member of a health fund, with extras cover, please bring your health fund card as it can be used with our HICAPS system.
Our phones are answered 7 days a week, including Saturday (8am-2pm) and Sunday (11am-4pm). If you call out of hours, please leave us a message on our answering service. We will call you back, as soon as we are back in the office.
If you call during office hours, and get a message, it means that we are on the phone with other people. Please leave a message, and we’ll call you back as soon as we are off the phone. Most calls are returned within 10 minutes.
